HT6311/HT6311T系列光電耦合器是采用CLCC封裝的單通道高速圖騰柱同相輸出型光耦，傳輸速率達到50Mb/s。HT6311執行GJB 8119-2013《半導體光電子器件通用規范》，可供選擇的質量等級為G1、G2、G3;HT6311T為工業級產品，可根據技術條件增加篩選項目。
